WAFN Dunes was purpose-built in 2026 as a private indoor simulator club. It is not open to the public and does not accept walk-ins. Every session is by reservation only, with availability posted as far in advance as possible. The experience is intentionally unhurried, private, and personal.

Backlit Mini-LED smart television with Xfinity cable. Watch the game between rounds, catch the tour, or put on whatever the group wants.

5.1 Surround Sound

Full 5.1 surround sound system with Bluetooth connectivity. Stream your playlist, hit the course ambience, or play it quiet — your call.

Fully Climate Controlled

Heated and air conditioned year-round. Play in January or August in complete comfort — the Cape weather stays outside.

Dual-Zone Beverage Fridge

BYOB. A dual-zone beverage refrigerator keeps your drinks at the right temperature throughout the session. We supply the cold; you supply the company.

Viewing Loft

A dedicated viewing loft at the rear of the room seats three comfortably. Watch the action from above, track stats on the data screen, or settle in and enjoy the round.

Podcast & Recording Booth

The loft doubles as a state-of-the-art podcast recording booth — acoustically treated, wired for audio, and available to members for content creation, interviews, or private recordings.

Private Events & Groups

Book WAFN Dunes for Your Group

WAFN Dunes is available for private group events for up to 8 people. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, a corporate outing, a bachelor event, or just a night in with friends — we’re the venue.

Groups enjoy exclusive use of the full facility for their booked session. Run driving contests, closest-to-the-pin challenges, team matches, or skip the golf altogether and use the 75″ screen and surround sound to watch a game or a movie. The loft seats three, the fridge is ready for your BYOB, and the room is yours.

Events are booked at a negotiated flat rate — reach out and we’ll put together the right setup for your group and occasion.
