Guest Rates

Members are welcome to bring guests to any booked session. Guest rates are set per membership tier and are significantly lower than non-member rates.

Guest bookings are managed through the member portal and are applied directly to your session reservation.

No Membership Required

Non-Member Bookings

Not ready to commit to a membership? No problem. Request a non-member account and book available time slots at the standard hourly rate. Payment is collected at the time of booking.

Once approved you can book directly from the booking calendar whenever slots are open.

Vacation Rental Guests

Stay & Play

Guests of The Captain Seth Sparrow House or The Captain Seth Sparrow Cottage enjoy simulator access at a discounted rate of $30 / hr for the duration of their stay — no membership required.

Simply create an account before arrival, mention your rental in the notes, and you’ll be approved at the rental guest rate for your stay dates.

Yes. Members may bring guests to their booked sessions at the guest rate applicable to their membership tier. Guest bookings are made through the member portal.
